$350 EDITED PACKAGE (Video edited and color graded photos)

If you require more edited video, add $25 per minute.
For extra color graded photos, add $10 per photo.

$250 RAW PACKAGE (no editing or color grading)
- 4 minutes of raw video
-10 RAW photos
If you require a longer video, add $10 per minute.
For additional RAW photos, add $8 per photo.

For sites more than 30 minutes from my business address, add $17 per 10 minutes of drive time.

I understand that every situation is unique and there are cases where a client’s needs more or less than what this pricing guideline defines, such as more photos of extra outbuildings or large properties, and sometimes less photos for “land only” sites where multiple angles of buildings are not needed. In these cases, I will discuss options with you and provide you with a more realistic estimate for your needs. I have no issue with doing this. Different sites require different needs. I designed the pricing structure to be as transparent as possible and adaptable to most clients needs.
I base my prices primarily on my investment of time. For example, the general “EDITED PACKAGE” uses the general baseline time investment of 4 hours, which consists of:
- 1 hour of drive time. (30 minutes to and from location)
- 30 minutes of flight time.
- 30 minutes of gear prep pre/post shoot. (this includes aircraft pre-and-post-flight inspections, checking current airspace conditions, unpacking/packing, checking batteries, cleaning of lenses, setting up site and safety gear such as cones, ground control points, etc.)
- 2 hours of editing and color grading post-op.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES

Commercial properties pricing will be based on the residential pricing framework with any extra considerations, such as more video or photos, to be based on the “per video” or “per photo” framework.
For example, you want some marketing shots of a business complex, but require an extra set of shots for more than one building, we can estimate the cost based on the details you give me.
The standard 10 photos I take of a building are 8 shots from each of the cardinal directions, a top-down view and as flattering a final shot as I can get that encompasses the entire property. That being said, if you don’t want all the standard shots and wish to substitute different shots into the package, I can do that.

With the pricing details I have defined here, you should be able to loosely estimate, for yourself, how much a job will cost you to shoot with me.
